Initially, you can call Janet or send an e-mail to explore whether this work is right for you. This initial discussion is free of charge. On booking a consultation, a questionnaire will be forwarded for completion prior to the session.

An initial consultation lasts between an hour and an hour and a half. Subsequent sessions are an hour long, unless otherwise agreed with clients.

The number of sessions required will vary, depending on your needs (see therapies).
